These terms govern your use of GiftAim. By using the website, you agree to these terms. GiftAim is operated by Stephen Angel trading as GiftAim. Our correspondence address is Unit 137984, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, United Kingdom.
1. What GiftAim provides
GiftAim is an independent publisher that provides gift ideas, editorial guidance and links to third-party retailers. We are not the seller, retailer, payment processor or delivery provider, and we do not take payment, fulfil orders or act as a retailer's agent.
Shopping links take you from GiftAim to third-party retailers where you can explore or buy a gift. Some are affiliate links, which means GiftAim may earn commission from qualifying purchases.
2. Shopping with retailers
When you follow a shopping link, any purchase is made directly from the retailer under its own prices, availability, terms, privacy notice and customer-service arrangements. The retailer—not GiftAim—handles orders, payment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and product support. For Amazon purchases, contact Amazon customer service or the relevant Amazon seller.
3. Information and availability
We aim to keep GiftAim useful and accurate, but gift descriptions, illustrative images, typical price ranges, links and retailer availability may change or contain errors. Check the retailer's current product details and suitability before buying. We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice.
4. Affiliate links
GiftAim may earn commission when you make a qualifying purchase through a shopping link, at no extra cost to you. Commission does not influence which gift ideas we recommend. See our affiliate disclosure.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse GiftAim, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that causes unreasonable load, or use its content unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, GiftAim owns or licenses the website's design, text, software and branding. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for a retailer's products, services or website, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from your use of GiftAim. If you use GiftAim for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue, opportunity or data.

We may update these terms, with the current version shown on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
